He can't say no to her...it may just be a game changer.

Jackson Wynn
I don't want anything to do with my crazy family's drama, which I've been watching unfold from a distance over the last year, but now my grandfather has Alzheimer's and I feel I need to at least make a quick visit to see him. My hockey season's over, all I have to do is get through my teammate Steve's wedding, and then I'm on a plane to Los Angeles to do my family duty. After that, I'll head home to Manitoba for some summer R&R at the family lake cottage.

Molly Flynn
Nobody's expecting what happens at my wedding, which becomes pandemonium. I need to get out of there. Fast. Who do I turn to? Jackson Wynn, one my fiancé's teammates. He's been a friend to me since I met Steve. For one night, we hide out in his condo, but he's leaving in the morning for California. I want to go with him.

Jackson

I can't take Steve's fiancée with me to California. He's going to flip shit over this. But the lying cheating bastard kind of deserves it, and I've always had a soft spot for Molly. Or maybe not so soft...because she's not only sweet and kind, she's hot as hell. This is a bad idea for so many reasons, and I sure as hell don't need more drama in my life, but I can't say no to her.

On this nutso trip, neither of us expect Molly to bond with my bonkers family...especially my poor, confused grandpa. And neither of us expect to bond with each other.
What I thought about Game Changer
I've really been loving this Wynn family series from Kelly Jamieson. It reminds me so much of the old night time soap opera -- lots of family drama.  In this fifth installment, Jackson Wynn comes to the aid of a friend.
When Molly Flynn's wedding day blows up in spectacular fashion (really, it's a vicious scene) she turns to Jackson Wynn, one of her fiance's teammates, for help escaping the drama. He obliges, mostly because he's not looking forward to tangling with his own family and he's a good guy and friend.   And it's the off-season, so taking Molly with him on an extended vacation works for both of them.

Their friendship turns to something more as they deal with no rooms at the hotel, Jackson's growing attraction to Molly that threatens the bro-code with Molly's ex, and Molly's easy acceptance into the Wynn family.  Unfortunately, Molly hasn't dealt with the fallout of her failed wedding either, so she can't stay in California with Jackson indefinitely. But Jackson isn't ready to let her go, and well things take off from there. These two are good for each other but they'll have to deal with a few things before they get their HEA.

Game Changer is your typical, I-wasn't-looking-for-a-relationship-story, and there really aren't any big surprises here (well maybe one toward the end that doesn't have any bearing on the story).  This friends-to-lovers story has a bit of a different tone than the previous books in the series, and it seemed very appropriate for Jackson's introduction.

Overall, another successful HEA/HFN in this series.

An ARC was provided. This is my honest review.
