  USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR!

Alexx Andria delivers a motorcycle club romance between two very bad, yet sexy men and a woman with enough curves to satisfy them both.

My name is Zoe Delacourte. I thought I was going to build my future on the backs of Jax Traeger and Hunter Ericksen -- bad boys from the wrong side of the tracks, running the notorious motorcycle club, the Kings of Asphalt -- in my mind, the story had practically written itself. I was so naive. Little did I know they were going to change everything I ever knew about myself.

Jax and Hunter. I can't even say their names without trembling.

They don't see a fat girl or a girl who might be pretty if only she'd lose some weight. No, from the moment I walked into their club, they saw a hot, sexy woman with curves for days -- and they couldn't wait to get their hands on me.

Some people call them bad men. They see the rides and the rap sheets and they slap a label on them. I don't care what they've done -- all I care about is what they're going to do to me next.

But loving them is dangerous. In fact, loving them might just get me killed.

*The following MC romance is approximately 41,000 words featuring a strong central love story, danger, and the rough, seedy world dominated by two bad boys and their curvy woman.

What I thought about Kings of Asphalt

Zoe Delacourte has a whole lot of moxy, but she doesn't quite bargain for what she gets when she lies her way into Jax and Hunter's office. At first, they think she's a prostitute sent by one of their associates, but it quickly becomes clear that she is way out of her element.

Jax and Hunter know that she's not who she says she is, but they take an interest in Zoe, and end up giving her the time of her life, while warning her to stay out of things related to the motorcycle club. Of course, Zoe doesn't listen, and ends up in a heap of trouble.

I learned long ago that you can't take MC stories all that seriously, and there was something about this one that I enjoyed. There were parts of Kings of Asphalt that made me smile, like the way Jax and Hunter treated Zoe for one. Okay, not so much at first, but once they really started to see her for an attractive woman.

There's a lot of talk about Zoe being curvy, although some of the other male characters come right out and call her fat, but I absolutely loved that Jax and Hunter never spoke about her in those terms. It was this that made me really like these two.

Kings of Asphalt had a nice, steamy quality to it.I like a good menage story where the participants really like each other for more than just the sex, and these three had that.

What brought the rating down a bit for me was that I thought the characters could have been better developed. Zoe seemed more naive than driven and although it was clear that the guys were friends for life, I didn't get the sense they were necessarily looking for a menage lifestyle.

But overall, this was a quick read and a steamy story with some decent predictable action sequences. Parts of it made me smile. Hope to read more from this author.

About the Author

USA Today bestselling author Alexx Andria is the pseudonym for RITA-nominated contemporary romance author, Kimberly Van Meter. Born in a small town with a flair for the dramatic, Alexx Andria has a delightfully perverted nature that she hides behind a mischievous smile. Alexx loves being the life of the party and doesn't mind one bit being the center of attention (just ask any of her friends or family!) She loves to write about Alpha men who are wonderfully flawed and just a little dangerous and heroines who are smart and sassy, but just a little vulnerable, too.
