SHE’S
HOLDING ON TIGHT.
As a teen, Dawn ran from a life on the streets straight into the arms of Jimmy “Mad Dog” Sanchez, a biker who promised to be her knight in shining armor. But his love was just another cage. Years later, Dawn’s former life still has its hooks in her and she’ll do whatever it takes to break free. When Cade “Ryder” O’Connor, a member of a rival club, makes her an offer, Dawn finds herself in a different, hotter kind of trouble with one irresistible Sinner…
WILL HE GIVE HER THE RIDE OF HER LIFE?
Cade is an outlaw biker with allegiance to one thing and one thing only: The Sinner’s Tribe Motorcycle Club. But when it comes to the stunningly sexy, fiercely independent Dawn Delgado, Cade finds himself…hungrier for more. Trouble is on Dawn’s heels and he wants to be the answer to her prayers, whether she wants him to be or not. What can’t be denied is the red-hot attraction between them. However, as they fall deeper, the danger rises and Cade may have to sacrifice it all…

“I can’t behave around you.” His voice dropped, husky and low. “Last time we were together—”
“Was the last time we will be together.” Disconcerted by the intensity of her feelings, she pulled away. “I had a good time with you, but I’m not interested in getting involved. I have my hands full with work, and the girls, and the custody fight.” She was good at building walls to protect herself. Even with him, she’d given her body but kept a lock on her heart.
At least, she thought she had, but when he leaned down and brushed his lips over hers, her betraying heart stuttered in her chest.
“You’re interested in getting involved with me,” he whispered. “Otherwise you wouldn’t have invited me to sleep in your bed. You think I’m hot.”
Dawn lifted an eyebrow. “Is this part of the seduction technique you use to lure sweet, sexy young things into your bed?”
He nuzzled her neck, feathering kisses along her jaw as one hand curved over her ass. She should push him away. Run. Hide. Pretend she didn’t enjoy having a badass biker whisper naughty words in her ear in the middle of the playground as he set her blood on fire. But she couldn’t move. Couldn’t speak. Instead, she closed her eyes and went along for the ride, tilting her head to the side to give him better access.
“That’s my girl,” he murmured against her ear. “She’s sweet. She’s sexy. And she wants me in her bed, my hands on her body, my mouth between her—”
“Mom.”
Somewhere in the distance, someone was calling her name. This wasn’t a dream; it was real. And she’d almost made the same mistake with him again. She jerked back, her cheeks flushing at her uncharacteristic loss of control.
“I can’t believe you.” She shook off her lust-induced haze and pulled away. “We’re in the playground.”
A sly smile tugged at his lips. “Swings. Chains. Gives me so many ideas.”
“You’re filthy.” And she loved it. But she would never let him know.
“So are you, if I recall correctly.” He licked his lips and Dawn’s throat tightened. God, he looked like he wanted to do her right here. And if not for her girls, and the playground full of people, and the fact it was illegal, and it was the middle of the day, she might have agreed.

What I thought about Beyond the Cut
Dawn will do anything to see her kids, even if it means paying blackmail to her ex's nasty sister and working four jobs. She's lost custody after she gets set up for a drug deal, and she's is certain about one thing -- she's finished with anything to do with the biker life. Been there, done that. Too bad she can't forget those two very hot nights with Cade from Sinner's Tribe.
When Cade spots Dawn and her kids at the playground, he's reminded of their nights together too, and he comes to her rescue when she needs ot. Some things are just too hard to resist, and Cade and Dawn have some serious chemistry. What happens next is the seriously hot and often humorous romance between them, complete with trouble from her Jimmy her ex, trouble from her children's guardian, trouble from a cop that wants Dawn and Cade with a "hands-off" deal when it comes to serving Jimmy up some biker justice.
I really enjoyed this book. I have only have a handful of favorite biker series, and this has become one of them. I loved the humor in this one, and there's a great scene between Cade and a friend of Dawn's, a cop in the local police force. It was nice to see just how far Cade had fallen for Dawn early in the story, but of course, in true biker fashion, he denies wanting anything permanent.
The minute a biker says he's not looking for an old lady is a sure sign he's going to fall hard for his woman, and that holds true in this story. Cade comes up with a plan that can circumvent the ruling he can't touch Jimmy, and when he puts it into place, Dawn ends up in some serious trouble. Good thing Cade is willing to go to extremes to save her.
Beyond the Cut was an exciting, often humorous action romance in the Sinner's Tribe series. I loved Dawn and Cade together, and I couldn't resist Cade when he's incredibly awesome with Dawn's children. While I could quibble about some of the details of what happened, the overall enjoyment factor was really high for me on this title, and that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. I wasn't sure after I read the first book in this series if I was going to stick with it, but this book put the Sinner's Tribe on my "MC series to watch for" list.
If you like MC stories, I'd recommend you give this one a try.
