Fallen Jester by Devney Perry is now live!
Leo Winter loves his life. He works when he needs money. He rides when he craves freedom. He frequents the local bar when he wants a good time. The Tin Gypsies might be a memory, but the bachelor life he lived with his motorcycle club still suits him fine. So when a one-night stand surprises him at a family barbecue and claims she's pregnant with his child, he's certain he's died and gone to hell.
Cassandra Cline took one night off from her structured life. One. And now her wild fling with the local bad boy has turned her life sideways. Her dreams and academic career are circling the drain, and none of it would have happened if she'd stayed far, far away from Leo.
Except avoiding him is impossible, especially when she's forced to move home to Clifton Forge, Montana. And he refuses to leave her side when a series of strange accidents put her and their baby at risk. But are they accidents? Or is she standing in the middle of a battlefield she doesn't understand?
Her only allies are people she barely knows. And a man who has the potential to steal her heart.
If only he'd stop playing the fool.

Cassandra Cline didn't expect to get pregnant after one night of fun with Leo Winter, a Tin Gypsy member. She didn't expect to get kidnapped by a rival MC just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. But it happened and she's changing her plans from getting her doctorate to having a baby and moving back to Clifton Forge. There is that one pesky detail about telling the father...
Leo Winter wasn't looking for anything but a good time when he met Cassie at the bar. He was even more surprised to find out she was the woman kidnapped with Scarlett. And he surely didn't expect to got to a party to find out he's about to be a father.
I really loved this romance. It's clear from the start that Leo does have some feelings for Cassie, and he just might be able to wrap his mind around being a father... some day. But Cassie has amazing patience with Leo, giving him time and space to get used to the idea and forging ahead with her own plans when he can't reconcile the fact that he is no longer alone.
Leo's journey to acceptance and even happiness over the pregnancy is a good one. With a few needed nudges from his friends, especially Presley, he starts to see how good his life can be. But he's also imperfect, so she's going to make some mistakes, which he does, sending Cassie and her parents into a questioning whether Leo really can truly handle what is happening in his life.
But the threat from the rival gang is still out there and after some accidents that could have been much more serious, the former members of the Tin Gypsies must come to grips with the fact that the still have a problem lurking out there.
I've loved this series about former MC players and them finding their HEA and Fallen Jester was just as terrific as every other title in this series. Fallen Jester really is a wonderful love story that shows and unexpected pregnancy can be the best thing to happen to two people. I devoured this story in a day or two and was left with a smile on my face and wanting more.
Love this series and Leo and Cassandra!
