What I thought about Buckled

In this second book in the Trails of Sin series, Jarret and Maybe (Maybelline) go from enemies (well, lust filled enemies) to lovers for their HEA. There are still plenty of secrets in this family to uncover and Pam Godwin weaves those nicely into this kinky cowboy romance series.

Jarret is confident and gorgeous and sexy -- and he wants to know what Maybe is doing hanging around. She's looking for answers and that makes Jarret nervous. I loved the banter between these two. Jarret is total alpha and Maybe has the sass to really set him off and when they finally get down to the sex, well, there's a whole lotta steamy kink going on!

Buckled wasn't quite as dark as the first book in the series, and this series should be read in order. It's entertaining, hot, and worth your time.
